PRESENT TENSE: 

LYNN SQUEEZES THE JUICE FROM THE LEMON.
LYNN SMELLS THE SOUR FRUIT.
LYNN SPILLS THE SUGAR ON THE TABLE

REGULAR PAST TENSE:

LYNN POURED THE JUICE INTO THE CUPS.

IRREGULAR PAST TENSE:

LYNN THREW AWAY THE LEMON PEEL.
